新日本プロレス公式動画配信サービス『NJPW WORLD』は、日本時間2023年11月9日（木）１８時にリニューアル致します。
新『NJPW WORLD』のリリースに伴い、日本時間2023年11月6日（月）ひる12時から11月9日（木）１８時まで旧『NJPW WORLD』での、下記の受付を停止させていただきます。あらかじめご了承ください。

● 月額見放題サービスの解約
● PPVコンテンツの購入
● ログインメールアドレスの変更
会員情報の移行にともない、新『NJPW WORLD』での初回ログイン時にパスワードの再設定が必要となります。パスワードの再設定には、確実に受け取れるログイン用のメールアドレスを登録してある必要があります。現在登録されているログインメールアドレスでメールの受信が難しい方は、日本時間2023年11月6日（月）ひる12時までに、旧『NJPW WORLD』にて、確実に受け取れるログイン用のメールアドレスの設定をお願いいたします。

Apple 製のデバイスから Apple TV、AirPlay 対応のスマートテレビ、Mac にコンテンツをストリーミングしたり共有したりできる「Airplay」対応しています。ウェブブラウザでのAirplay対応デバイスへの共有は、Safariブラウザ上でのみの対応となります。
● お気に入り｜視聴履歴 機能
ウェブブラウザや利用端末（アプリ）が異なる場合も、同じアカウントでログインしている状態であれば、保存されたお気に入りと視聴履歴は引き継ぐことができます。（旧『NJPW WORLD』とは異なり、ウェブブラウザに保存ではなくオンラインに保存となります。）
● DVR再生（LIVE配信での追っかけ再生）

An all new NJPW World arrives Thursday November 9 2023!
New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s streaming service NJPW World will be undergoing a renewal, with the refreshed service launching on Thursday November 9 at 6PM Japan time.
To allow migration to the new service, the following actions will be unavailable to users between Monday November 6 at 12PM JST and Thursday November 9 at 6PM JST. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
● New account registration
● Account cancellation
● Cancellation of monthly payments
● PPV content purchases
● Changing email addresses
After the service is renewed, you will be asked to reset your password on your account. In order to perform this action, you must be able to receive email from us, so please double check your registered email address before Monday November 6 at 12PM JST.
If you have forgotten your registered email address, please fill out a support ticket here.
Users will not be able to reset their registered email immediately after the renewal. Those wishing to change their registered email should do so on the current NJPW World service before 12noon JST on November 6.
Users’ monthly NJPW World subscriptions, as well as purchased PPV content listed below will have their purchased content and subscriptions automatically carried over to the new version of the service. There is no need to register again.

As videos migrate to the new service, the archive will be added to on a regular basis going forward. The completion of the entire video migration is expected by the end of 2024.
【On the Amazon Fire TV App】
The current NJPW World app for Amazon Fire TVs will no longer be supported after the renewal . A new app for Amazon Fire TVs will be available to install in its place after the renewal.
Be aware that as of September 29 2023 at 6:35 PM JST, those who have monthly subscriptions paid through Amazon via the app no longer have automatic payments active and will have their subscriptions cancelled.
For those wishing to continue using the service, please register from the NJPW World website.
【FAQ】
Q: Can I watch PPVs I’ve purchased on the new service?
A: Yes. Purchases with unlimited replays will still be viewable on the new service automatically.
Q: I don’t want to stay subscribed under the new price point. What should I do?
A: The new price point will come into effect on Friday, December 1 at midnight JST. Those who wish to unsubscribe or delete their accounts must do so before that date.
Q: I’m a continuing subscriber. After the renewal, can I pay for my subscription in US Dollars?
A: Subscribers continuing from the prior version of NJPW World will continue to be charged in Yen, under the new price point of ¥1,298 JPY, converted to your local currency. The international price point of $9.99 USD applies to new accounts only. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: Will the pricing change for NJPW World on Prime Video?
A:『NJPWWORLD for Prime Video』is a service available to Prime Video users in Japan, and is separate from NJPW World. As a result, Amazon Prime subscribers can continue using NJPW World for Prime Video at the same price of 888 JPY (incl tax)（Click for more about Amazon Prime Video）

The current NJPW World app for Amazon Fire TVs will no longer be supported after the renewal . A new app for Amazon Fire TVs will be available to install in its place after the renewal.

A: Subscribers continuing from the prior version of NJPW World will continue to be charged in Yen, under the new price point of ¥1,298 JPY, converted to your local currency. The international price point of $9.99 USD applies to new accounts only. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: Will the pricing change for NJPW World on Prime Video?
